Brian McIntyre is the founder and president of WorkStrategy, bringing over 30 years of experience in Human Resource management and technology. He specializes in HCM application software services for both mid-sized and global organizations. Under his leadership, WorkStrategy delivers implementation and advisory services designed to reduce administrative costs, streamline HR processes, and enhance employee self-service and productivity.
Brian is responsible for shaping the company’s vision and strategic direction. He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences and webinars, where he shares insights on HCM implementation best practices.
Before founding WorkStrategy, Brian established Working Concepts, a premier PeopleSoft services firm that was acquired by Towers Perrin in 2002.
In addition to his professional endeavors, he manages a higher education scholarship foundation aimed at expanding access to careers in science, technology, and healthcare.
