​Using the dynamic spreadsheet-like functionality within eComp+, your executives, compensation analysts, and business unit managers can easily view department budgets, salary band requirements, market data, and incentive programs including equity and bonus information.  

The intuitive user interface includes scrollable grids, collapsible content sections, "Personalize" options on each grid, and new themes leveraging PeopleTools latest and greatest style sheets.  In addition, this tool provides powerful modeling capabilities – giving executives the ability to analyze data and make adjustments to employee compensation without the need for excessive training.

WorkStrategy’s eComp+ architecture uses delivered PeopleTools objects such as Grids, Tree Manager, Chart Analytics, and PeopleCode.  Additionally, eComp+ incorporates standard PeopleSoft security, workflow automation, and effective-dated transaction management.
