Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of related HCM implementation experience:

Strong understanding of human resources processes and functions
System Design and Configuration
Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience
OTBI Analytics and Reporting
Excellent communication and analytical skills

Kronos Workforce Dimensions Consultants

Candidates should possess a minimum of 4-5 years of related implementation experience:

Strong understanding of Kronos Workforce Dimensions Time & Labor version
Customer requirements and design
Hands-on configuration and system testing experience
Kronos reporting, analytics, and integrations
Excellent communication and analytical skills
