- Employees – WorkStrategy employees and contractors must understand and follow the rules for giving and receiving gifts and hospitality. Employees and contractors must report any requests for improper payments or knowledge of improper payments
- Suppliers – our suppliers must comply with all applicable anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, including the UK Bribery Act (UKBA) and the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Suppliers must not offer or accept anything of value to gain an unfair business advantage
- Business partners – our partners must comply with the anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy when acting on behalf of WorkStrategy. WorkStrategy will not engage with partners who fail to follow this policy
