Brian McIntyre
Brian McIntyre brings more than 30 years of experience in human resources management and technology. He specializes in HCM application services for mid-sized and global organizations. Under his leadership, WorkStrategy delivers implementation and advisory services to streamline HR processes and improve employee self service and productivity.
Brian shapes the company’s vision and strategic direction and speaks at industry conferences and webinars about HCM implementation practices. Before founding WorkStrategy, he established Working Concepts, a PeopleSoft services firm acquired by Towers Perrin in 2002.
He also manages a higher education scholarship foundation that supports students pursuing careers in science, technology, and healthcare.
