Collingswood High School scholarships
Brian J. McIntyre established the McIntyre Scholarship Foundation in honor of his parents, George F. and Joan D. McIntyre, to give back to the New Jersey community where he grew up and attended Collingswood High School. The program awards $5,000 scholarships to graduating seniors pursuing postsecondary study in science, healthcare, or software technology, with academic standing and financial need among its criteria.
In 2026, Georgia Murray and Zion Anderson received scholarships totaling $10,000. Since the program began in 2000, it has awarded $490,000 in scholarships.

Howard Community College Entrepreneurial Center
In 2004, Brian McIntyre pledged $100,000 to the Howard Community College Educational Foundation in the name of George and Joan McIntyre. The funding supported the development of an Entrepreneurial Center, including curriculum, mentoring, community outreach, and resources for local entrepreneurs.
Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital
WorkStrategy has supported the hospital’s Wish List Program by collecting clothing, toys, games, and other items for children receiving care. Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital provides rehabilitation and complex medical care for infants and children in the Baltimore region.
