FIT/GAP ANALYSIS

Functional analysis sessions provide a roadmap for defining requirements and identifying the level of effort needed to customize gaps in capability. WorkStrategy’s Fit/Gap Analysis examines existing processes and compares them to new functionality available in the system. The final document produced from this phase provides business process improvement recommendations, outlines level of effort, and defines timelines for implementing the core system, adding customizations, testing the outcome, and training end users and support staff.
