ePerformance Fast Track Program
During this 1 week "fixed fee" ePerformance Fast Track program, we will analyze your current performance management process, corporate objectives, and workforce development needs. This program will help you design a comprehensive business and technology strategy for cost-justifying the project and outline a detailed implementation plan for evolving processes and deploying PeopleSoft ePerformance.
WorkStrategy consultants will provide insight into the capabilities of ePerformance and other workforce development functionality in PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9/9.0. The project deliverables may include:
• Fit/Gap Analysis – A high-level fit/gap analysis of your organization’s performance management process and recommendations for leveraging delivered functionality.
• Detailed Project Plan – A document recommending project scope, resources, timeline, and budget for your ePerformance implementation. Our methodology is based upon a proven approach used during many successful implementations.
• Product Overviews – A functional and technical overview of the ePerformance will include: 1) supported business processes 2) application functionality 3) delivered integration, and 4) technical components/processes.
