Las Vegas, Nevada — May 19, 2003 — WorkStrategy Inc., a leading provider of innovative Human Resource technology services, announced today that it has formed a relationship with Microsoft^® Business Solutions to deliver HR application and process improvement solutions to midsized organizations.

The relationship permits WorkStrategy to resell Microsoft Business Solutions applications, including the Microsoft Business Solutions — Great Plains^® product line, and offer functional HR and technology services to customers throughout North America. WorkStrategy management will work closely with Microsoft Business Solutions' Partner Advisory Board to collaborate on future enhancements, customer requirements, and integration with other complementary application providers.

WorkStrategy's "go to market" plan will focus on the mid-atlantic region initially, with planned growth throughout the eastern United States. A series of seminars and executive symposiums are being scheduled to announce the partnership and address key operational efficiency topics facing HR professionals. WorkStrategy will also offer webinars with presentations on HR industry best practices, case studies, and application demonstrations.
