WorkStrategy and Firstdoor Partner to Provide
Knowledgebase Technology Solutions
Alliance will provide content design and integration support
to mid-market customers
May 14, 2003 — Columbia, MD — WorkStrategy announced today that it has signed a formal partnership agreement with Firstdoor to provide mid-market organizations with unparalleled human resource content management and delivery capabilities. The alliance will extend the capabilities of Firstdoor's HR AnswerSource platform through a combination of workforce productivity and human resource management (HRM) services from WorkStrategy.
WorkStrategy's multidisciplinary approach to HR content management includes comprehensive employee and manager usability studies — creative design, functional analysis and user acceptability. WorkStrategy consultants work closely with customer leadership to ensure culture, communication and information management objectives are linked directly to bottom-line affordability and performance.
