WorkStrategy and Kronos® Announce 2004 Educational Seminar Series
“Building a High Performance Organization”

Seminars to provide leading organizations with a guide for leveraging HR technology to drive workforce loyalty, learning, and productivity

COLUMBIA, MD and CHELMSFORD, Mass., Feb. 4, 2004 — WorkStrategy, a leading provider of innovative Human Resource (HR) technology management services, and Kronos® Incorporated (Nasdaq: KRON), a single-source provider of HR, payroll, scheduling, and time and labor solutions, today announced a joint seminar series designed to help organizations leverage HR technology to improve enterprise performance. These half-day workshops, beginning next week in New York and continuing through June in multiple cities, will outline methods for utilizing HR technology to streamline business processes and increase workforce productivity. Industry thought leaders from WorkStrategy and Kronos will examine current trends, define traits of a high performance organization, and outline steps for achieving operational efficiencies.

“Over the past year, we’ve been engaged by a number of organizations requiring assistance with HR technology budgeting and sourcing alternatives,” stated Brian McIntyre, founder and president of WorkStrategy. McIntyre adds, “Our seminar series will provide an education regarding best practices and trends, specifically around total cost of ownership and process improvements. During these seminars, Kronos will provide attendees with customer case studies on Bob’s Stores, JetBlue Airways, and PepsiAmericas, Inc., which exemplify best practices in building a high performance organization. These customer case studies will focus on the benefits of automating employee-centric transactions and processes, engaging employees with self-service functionality, and optimizing the workforce. Seminar attendees will leave the session with a project guide for selecting appropriate solutions, implementing new systems, improving business practices, and measuring tangible and intangible results. They also will be aware of the areas within their organization where they excel and where they need improvement.
