Brian J. McIntyre, Founder & CEO of WorkStrategy, Inc.
Brian
J. McIntyre has over 20 years of Human Resource Management
experience specializing in HRIS strategy, HR, payroll,
benefits administration, compensation and performance management,
business process improvement, portal integration, and self-service
technology. He has directed, created, and nurtured leading
HR consulting service operations for both large and small
consulting firms and software vendors.
Brian's recent venture, WorkStrategy, Inc. was established to provide HR technology
consulting services to both local and global organizations. Strategic partnerships
have been developed with key application vendors, thought
leaders and industry service providers. Brian is responsible for the company's vision,
strategic direction, staffing development, and best practice
service offerings.
Prior to launching WorkStrategy, Brian founded Working Concepts,
Inc., a leading provider of PeopleSoft and Oracle HRMS upgrades
and Authoria knowledgebase implementations. Working Concepts
was founded in 1994 and acquired by Towers Perrin in 2001.
Throughout his career, Brian has forged partnerships with leading HR technology vendors and management consulting firms to help organizations increase workforce productivity and improve overall enterprise performance goals.
Brian is a frequent speaker at industry tradeshow conferences,
regional seminars, HR industry thought leadership forums and
has published numerous articles and white papers on HCM implementation best practices, talent
management, pay for performance, enterprise
portals, and total rewards communication.
