Projects are focused on PeopleSoft HRMS and involve cross-functional project teams of functional and technical subject matter experts. Below are the qualifications needed:

• Strong understanding of human resources processes and functions
• Solid functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS
• Process-orientation; experience with Standard Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Experience with implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS, including:
